If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of purchase or receiving your package for an exchange or store credit. You must provide your Receipt/Order#. Please ensure the items are:

• Unworn
  
• Unwashed
  
• Have their original tags
  
• In "sellable condition"
  

If your item meets the above requirements, you can request a return through our self-serve return portal by logging into your customer account. Customers will be responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label.

You must provide the receipt for a return. Please note, gift cards and sale/clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Inside your return package, please include a note with your NAME and ORDER #. 

If your item is eligible for refunds (please see return policy to find out), refunds take 5-7 business days to process.

Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value and in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

If there's a price difference for the exchanged item, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
